1. If the package would be damaged during shipment, the Buyer should refuse acceptance and draw up a protocol of the damage to be signed by the deliverer. This protocol serves as the basis for claiming compensation for the damaged shipment. 
2. The processing time for the order once payment is received is approximately 7 working days.
3. The purchase shall be evidenced by an invoice issued by the Seller.
4. All prices are gross prices for the painting. To the cost of the merchandise will be added the cost of shipping in accordance to the shipping address. The shipping will be expedited by DHL and are fully insured up to the gross price of the painting. In case of damage to the shipment due to the fault of the shipper, the Buyer should immediately inform the Seller of this fact, and the Seller will file a claim to the shipping company. 
5. By clicking on the button “ORDER NOW” on the site situated at the address shop.thepeasantsmovie.com, a contract is entered into between the Buyer and the Seller. The Subject of the agreement is the chosen painting listed on the website. The rights and responsibilities of the parties on the basis of the agreement are regulated by the Act of 23 April 1964 in the Civil Code found in the Register of Laws in Poland (Dz. U. z 1964r. nr 16, poz. 93 as amended) and in the Act of 2 March 2000r. for the protection of certain consumer rights and responsibility for damages caused by unsafe products (Dz. U. z 2000r., nr 22, poz. 271 as amended). 
6. Orders may be placed 24 hours per day throughout the entire year.
7. Depending on the destination country, customs duties and taxes may be added by the local authorities.
8. The order will be processed following receipt of payments by the Seller. The Seller will inform the buyer of shipping in a separate email.
